Teen Programs

TEEN FITNESS
Participants "work-out" in the YMCA's fitness center under the direction of YMCA staff. Class includes weight training with weights and machines utilizing age appropiate exercises and cardio training.
Fall quarter starts Aug. 11th
Ages: 12-15
Tuesday and Thursday from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Fees are based on the quarter - $100 Members and $135 for Non-Members
