Athens YMCA Summer Day Camp!!! Everyday at Camp Kelley is an Adventure! Camp Kelly 2010 Begins May 24th and Ends July 30th.
For more than 50 years, the Athens YMCA has offered youngsters a unique 10 week summer camp experience with a long standing tradition of building strong kids, strong families and strong communities.
Making friends, learning new skills, and developing confidence and self-esteem are what our day camp is all about. All programs are active and geared towards age appropriate groups. Camp Kelley fosters personal growth, both mentally and physically, through a wide range of group and individual activities. The children are catered to by a mature, responsible, and enthusiastic staff.
Weekly fees: $90 member/ $110 nonmember
This includes a snack from the camp store.
$25 deposits may be applied to the weeks you plan to attend. The remaining weekly balance must be paid the Friday before the week you attend.
Camp Groups:
CUBS: Ages 5-6
INDIANS: Ages 7-8
BRAVES: Ages 9-10
WARRIORS: Ages 11-13
A copy of birth certificates is required for ALL 5 and 6 year olds.
Activities: Daily swimming, Friday water battle days, Wednesday wacky dress up days, weekly themes, options (archery, soccer, riflery, dance, cheerleading, arts & crafts, horseshoes and bowling, dodge ball, skating, and more), and weekly theme week activities.
Things needed daily: Swimsuit, towel, sunscreen, and lunch.
Camp days & times: Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm. Early drop-off at 7:30am for an additional $2 per day. Late pick up fees do apply if children are picked up after 6pm.
Space is limited. Please register as soon as possible. Registration will start in early April...

Summer Day Camp Open House April 17,2010 Noon-3pm
April 17, 2010 is the first day for camp registration!!!
Open house in an opportunity to see the facility, meet the camp director and unit heads, and sign up for camp. A $25 deposit is required to reserve weeks for camp. A $25 registration fee is required for all participants at time of registration.
13TH ANNUAL FATHER - SON CAMP OUT 2010 August 13-15
Ages 4 & up (Grandparents welcomed)
Lodging - Cabins with bathrooms and showers.
Come join us in the Northeast Georgia Mountains and spend a weekend bonding with your child. we'll spend two days relaxing and playing at our Athens Y Camp in Tallulah Falls, GA.
Activities include a fishing tourn., swimming, canoeing, hiking, archery, riflery, ropes course, crafts, a BOND Fire, Games, Movie and great meals and evening snacks.

ATHENS Y CAMP FOR BOYS & CAMP CHATTOOGA FOR GIRLS
Over 105 years of traditions in the Blue Ridge Mountains!
7 sessions to choose from - starts early June and runs till late July...

Athens Y Camp offers one week and two week sessions for boys ages 7 - 14 interested in a traditional camp experience, Y Adventures for ages 12 - 16 for boys wanting a more challenging outdoor adventure and travel camp, and a Leader-in Training program for campers 15 - 16 who want to expand their leadership abilities.
Camp Chattooga for girls is our sister girl's camp. Girls ages 7 - 14 may experience a traditional camp program or receive more extensive training with our specialty horseback camps. Y adventures is also available for girls 12 - 14.
